Manifolds are solid blocks or other shape with multiple threaded ports sharing a single circuit or more, with the purpose of regulating and directing flow between components in a pressurized system.  They are used for instrumentation and diagnostics, control valves, pumps, medical equipment, and more.  Manifolds often simplify assemblies and save space, as well as reduce part and assembly costs when multiple components are joined in a compact system.  We specialize in compact turned manifolds using our 5-axis sub-spindle CNC’s, as well as traditional milled block style.

Due to our core experience in the hydraulic adapter industry, we are experts with all thread types including JIC, NPT, ORFS, ORB, BSPP, BSPT, Metric, DIN, JIS, Kobelco, Komatsu, HIAB, and more, including sealing methodologies for each.  Manifolds can be produced out of aluminum, steel, stainless steel, and more.
