CNC turning


CNC turning is a machining process whereby a cutting tool creates a toolpath by moving linearly while the workpeice rotates.  It is the most common operation for CNC lathes.

CNC milling


CNC milling is a process of machining using rotary cutters to remove material.  Milling can be done in a tradional machine or integrated into a turning center.

CNC broaching


CNC broaching is a machining process that uses a toothed tool, called a broach, to remove material.  There are two main types of broaching: linear and rotary.

CNC grinding


CNC grinding is a type of machining process using an abrasives wheel as a cutting tool.  Small surface chips are removed via shear deformation.

Plating & Anodizing

We have experience with nickel plating, zinc plating, Hexavalent Chromium free trivalent and more with steel, as well as colored anodizing for aluminum, and nickel plating for brass.

Part Marking & Engraving

We can mark parts before production on a bar roller, during production with a CNC scibing tool, or post production via a laser etcher.  UDI's, batch and lot numbers, serial numbers, etc.

Brazing & Welding

Some jobs require post processing such as brazing and welding to adjoin multiple pieces.  We have done brazing operations for many types of materials and applications.

Thread Sealing & Loctite

Some applications such as automotive and defense require special thread treatments, including loctite and thread seal, anti-vibration coatings, and more.

Annealing & Tempering

Heat treatments are sometimes required in order to achieve a desired hardness or softness of a given material.  It is done by heating and/or chilling the workpiece to extreme temperatures.

Pressure Testing

Occasionally there may be requirements to pressure test an assembly, or even to simply troubleshoot leaks within a customer's assembly.

Cleaning & Bagging

We have extensive experience with cleaning and bagging in clean room environments for Medical applications, such as for use in Oxygen Service.
